High-speed CNC Machining Centers, 5 Axis CNC Machining Centers, CNC Planer type milling machine, EDMs, Wire EDMs, CNC Grinding Machine, etc. And CMM for inspection. In order to attain high quality products and production efficiency, we strictly implement ISO 9001 QMS and Lean in the manufacturing process. Now we can design and fabricate large auto-part molds, stacked molds, In-deep cavity molds, Gas-Assistant molds, thin-wall part molds, high-precision electronic part molds, multiple-core molds, multiple unscrewing molds, two component molds, Aluminum-diecasting molds. Possess 10 QC Engineers and technicians, according to quality management process, start inspection with materials & standard parts, process control, assembly verification, mold test, molding engineer record the molding parameters and defeats and testing result, feedback to design center and tooling department, work out the solution to improve the mold if needed.
